So what is it ?
in its most basic form TABOO is a question; can you make fashion more connected to the consumers?
to answer that question I develop a series of devices. they are easy and intuitive to use. you can never replicate exactly their results and they are fun to use!

Why TABOO?
Today when we buy a shirt. the shirt come with an expiration date. not because it will be destroyed after that time, because after a few weeks a new "better" collection will be released making that shirt not interesting.
TABOO set itself to change the why we buy clothes instead of how we make them there are plenty of companies trying to fix that. not many try to change the commerce side of things.
by involving the consumer in the processes and giving him a unique product. when he has this product it will stay with him longer. he will not only buy a shirt but the entire experience.
Only shirts?
Well, I need to start somewhere right now it just a one-man show so I had to focus on something. however, t-shirts were a clear choice. its the most sold cloth around the world. clocking at almost 2 billion each year. it is also easily printed on and is well known as a printed item.
in the future, I plan to add more items and think of more whys to let people customize their wardrobe.
so when are you opening your shop?
currently, I just finished my b.f.a and TABOO was my final project there. in the future, I would love to find a way to make a TABOO reality. in any way, if it is opening shop through help from others, working with a big brand to add this service to their shops or just continue develop until I find more creative ways to make a new kind of fashion for consumers.
